1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a 
digital download has been purchased and accessed, we cannot accept 
returns or issue refunds.

2. Defective Products
If you encounter issues with a purchased design package (e.g., files 
are corrupt or not functioning as described), please contact us at 
Contact@designspacks.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review 
your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit.
